Any individual or entity wishing to engage in a construction project located within the District’s Boundary may be required to submit a Land Use Application. Whether or not a Land Use Application is required for a certain project is determined by the potential impact the project may have on District facilities. An individual or entity will receive notification from the District if a Land Use Application is required after the District has reviewed the project description provided by the City of Boise.
Ada County Drainage District #3 is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
