The co-permittes are a group of entities whose mission is to educate Treasure Valley residents of the importance in reducing water pollution and protecting the health of the Boise River and other local waterways. The co-permittees are all subject to the National Discharge Elimination System (“NPDES”) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4), which regulates and allows the lawful discharge of stormwater into the waters of the United States. The co-permittees received the NPDES Permit IDS027561 on February 1, 2013. Along with DD3, the following co-permittees are:
Ada County Drainage District #3 is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
