Ada County Drainage District #3

Ada County Drainage District No. 3 is responsible for ensuring that its system complies with conditions of a National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (“NPDES”) permit issued by the Environmental Protection Agency to the District and other co-permittees, with regard to the quality of storm water runoff.
